Pete and Claire came to me via another wedding I’d photographed a couple of years ago at which they were guests. In their words….
“We viewed our friends wedding photos that Paul had done and it gave us a great opportunity to see his work. The quality of photos and the fact we didn’t notice his presence as anything other than a guest was why we booked Paul as our photographer.”
Given what I aim to achieve when I document a wedding, that is perhaps the best compliment I could have received from any clients.
This was my first time shooting at Langdon Court in Plymouth and it proved to be a terrific venue, big enough to not feel cramped but intimate enough to make for a lovely warm atmosphere. A great space well suited to discreet documentary wedding photography.
The images below are some of my favourites from the day.
If you’re getting married at Langdon Court or just looking for a photographer who can capture the essence of your day creatively but unobtrusively, please get in touch. I’m always happy to have a chat about your wedding and what you’re looking for from the photography.
First of all, some more words from Pete an Claire…
“We viewed many photographers for our wedding but found none that would capture the whole day the way that Paul did. We have some amazing photographs not only of us but of the guests that are often forgotten when it comes to photographs.
During the build up to the wedding Paul talked us through everything and made us very relaxed about the whole process. It meant that when it came to the day we were able to truly enjoy ourselves.
Paul’s professionalism and artistic talent has meant the end results of our photographs truly capture the feel of the day and have really given us some wonderful memories.
Your wedding day really does go extremely quickly so to be able to have such a fantastic record of the day is very important. All of our guests have commented on Paul’s style and the quality of the end result.
Thank you Paul for capturing the moments of the best day of our lives in such a fitting manner.”
